These might just be my new all time favorite cupcake!! :)
Think "Girl Scout Thin Mint Cookie" in cupcake form...
There is an Oreo crust topped with my fluffy chocolate cake.
The icing is stuffed full of Mint Oreo crumbs...It's heavenly by itself.
(and I'm not much of an icing lover.)
