Oatmeal Sandwiches with Rum Raisin Filling
These cookies pack a lot of flavor...
Between the two soft and chewy oatmeal pecan cookies is a sweet vanilla filling spiked with rum and raisins.
These remind me of Little Debbie Oatmeal Sandwiches.
Rum is optional.
